<html><body><span id="spandesc">  <div>Manager - Marketing needed in Education group in Gurgaon.<br/><\/div><div>Preference to someone who will be able to join at the earliest.x26nbsp;<br/><\/div><div><br/><\/div><p><b>Principal Accountabilities and responsibilities<br/>Sales:<\/b> To Drive the business (admissions) of different K12 franchise schools (Adding Addmissions basis targets – Both National and International curriculum PAN India) contributing to the top line of the company<br/><\/p></b></p><p>To support Head of Marketing (need base) in driving the business (New School Projects – Territory Expansion)x26nbsp;<br/><\/p></p><p><b>New Launch:<\/b> Launching new schools in new territory and steering for operational viability by achieving the top line - Defining price point, competition, placement and positioning to strategize and<span>x26nbsp; <\/span>steer the plan for successful launch and achieving desired number of admissions to make project operationally viable in projected time lines.<br/><\/p><p>Training and induction of admissions team PAN India for existing schools and new launches.<br/><\/p></p><p>Setting up admissions processes, data maintenance, data tracking system and monitoring conversion ratios<span>x26nbsp; <\/span>to get best results and conversions.<br/><\/p><p><b>MarCom:<\/b> <br/><\/p><div><b>At Franchise Schools<\/b> - Consulting and reviewing the marketing budget across the campuses by giving media plans, campaign communication plans and media buying. Training / Inducting the PROs on product communication/ counseling. Ensuring Legal compliances associated with the use of brand names and logos.<br/><\/div></b><p><br/><\/p></p><div><b>At Corporate Level<\/b> – Working with Head Marketing in strategizing and implementing the campaign and communication on Social Media and other value collaterals such as Brand Manuals. Performing lead generation activities along with Head Marketing for new projects across all the mediums (Digital, ATL, BTL and consultant partnerships).x26nbsp;Launch initiatives like PRO Conclave and reward policies for all partner schools.<br/><\/div></b><p><br/><\/p></p><div><b>Implementation of Admissions module and Lead module :<\/b> Working closely with <span class="font"><span class="size">school promoters, principals, admissions team for implementation of admissions-related modules of company owned ERP<\/span><\/span><span><span class="font"><span class="size">x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span class="font"><span class="size">- Targeting 4-5 schools per year and new launches.<\/span><span class="size"><br/><\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span class="font"><span class="size"><br/>Educational qualification : B tech + PGDM in Marketing and communication.<br/>Experience : 10 + years in the Marketing and Sales working in Schools (Group / Chain of Schools)<br/><br/><\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span class="font"><span class="size">Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. <\/span><\/span><br/><\/div><div><span class="font"><span class="size">Background verification will be conducted for the selected candidate.<\/span><\/span><br/><\/div><\/span><br/></span></span></div></span></span></div></span></span></div></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></b></div></div></div></b></p></span></p></span></b></p></div></div></div></span></body></html>
