Fidelity provides Creche facility to its employee and collaborated with Medham located in Gurgaon office location. The cost of this is borne by Fidelity for children up to the age of 6 years. If employee opts for a creche facility of their choice instead of company provided facility, the Company also reimburse the actual monthly charges paid by an employee, subject to a maximum of INR 8,000/- per month per child up to the age of 6 years.

We offers twenty-six (26) continuous weeks of paid leave to all employees of the company.

Family Care Leave: 
We offer five days paid leave in a calendar year to look after family members in need of care. This is to support employees so they can balance their work and family responsibilities.
Dynamic working:

About the roleThe role will support the Toronto based Corporate Accounting team from India. This role will be a valued member of the Canadian Accounting team while working in a different geographical location. This role will work closely with members of the Canadian Accounting team and Canada Finance. The candidate will develop strong relationships with business partners to meet accounting and reporting requirements and will develop a strong working knowledge of the businesses. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience for transformation of various processes within the Finance function of the firm and its role in firms business.
