Management Trainee – CSBU
Role Summary:
The Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing will support business development and market expansion initiatives for the Chemical Strategy Business Unit. The role involves exposure to sales operations, marketing strategy, customer engagement, and market intelligence, with a structured learning path to develop future commercial leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
•         Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies 
•         Support key account management and customer interactions
•         Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting
•         Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, operations, supply chain) to support business objectives
•         Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance analysis
•         Support promotional activities, product launches, and customer presentations
Candidate Profile:
•         B.sc; MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Strategy (preferred)
•         Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
•         Interest in B2B sales and chemical industry markets
•         Willingness to travel 
•         Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
•         Exp:- 0-1 Yrs
