The ideal candidate is a technologist that brings a fresh perspective and passion to solve complex functional and technical challenges in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities <ul><li>Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), Open Source, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks, to build transformative solutions.</li><li>Understanding of AI Models, Large Language Models, and AI specialized infrastructure especially as it relates to AI trends and issues within businesses.</li><li>Work with Product Development as a Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) subject matter expert and architect and develop scalable, resilient, ethical AI solutions.</li><li>Work with AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) and Redis (or similar) for transactional and caching needs.</li><li>Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Watsonx.ai) to automate development tasks such as code generation, test automation, and documentation.</li><li>Participate in full-stack development, including frontend integration and backend services.</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and post-deployment validations</li></ul> Qualifications Required Experience & Skills:<ul><li>11 to 13 years of development experience.</li><li>Previous experience as a Full Stack developer and strong programming skills.</li><li>5+ years of experience in backend development using Java/Spring Boot.</li><li>Strong experience with AWS services, especially EKS, RDS (PostgreSQL), Redis, and IAM.</li><li>Proficiency in Kafka, Databricks, and SQL/NoSQL databases.</li><li>Experience working with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning.</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.</li><li>Possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience working within the healthcare industry is desirable.</li></ul>Preferred Experience & Skills: <ul><li>Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field</li><li>Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools</li></ul> Location & Hours of Work<ul><li>Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
