With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:• Tracking execution of final agreements, and ensuring proper filing of all the executed agreements / amendments;• Drafting/vetting of various Agreement/s.• Undertaking Legal Research with respect to key projects that may be undertaken by the Company• Responding to legal notices and handling MIS functions for Legal.Qualification/Experience and Skills<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Graduate in law from a reputed Institute.</li><li>3 years post qualification experience with a reputed medium / large company/bank or in a law firm;</li><li>Exposure to legal documentation</li><li>Executive presence and assertiveness.</li><li>Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.</li><li>High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.</li></ul>Essential Competencies<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Excellent drafting skills</li><li>Good command over English and deep understanding of various Acts & Rules</li><li>Ability to understand issues from business perspective and to balance them with legal requirements</li><li>Highly ethical, fair, proactive, self-motivated and solution oriented person</li><li>Able to work effectively with people at all levels</li></ul>Ability to build trusting relationships - across all levels and in the immediate / extended team internationally, should be known and regarded as a trusted competent advisor.Driving innovation – A believer in continuous improvement of services, processes and operational efficiency.
