We are seeking a Manager Talent Development to join our Global Talent Development team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and operationalize leadership development programs that align with Freshworks’ values, support organizational priorities, and elevate leadership capability across India and globally.The ideal candidate is a strong learning designer, facilitator, and learning operator who can independently lead end-to-end program cycles, adapt content for global contexts, and apply analytics and AI tools to improve learning effectiveness. <ul><li>5–7 years of experience in Talent Development or Learning &amp; Development (preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech).</li><li>Proven success in designing and facilitating leadership or capability-building programs.</li><li>Strong instructional design skills using modern, blended, and experiential methods.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing LMS/LxP systems and learning operations.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to measure impact and drive improvements.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work occasionally with global time zones (US/Europe).</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience working in global or multi-regional learning environments.</li><li>Exposure to AI-enabled learning tools (LMS plugins, content AI, adaptive platforms).</li><li>Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or learning technologies.</li><li>Experience in change management, leadership research, or organizational development.</li></ul>
