<ul><li>Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to accelerate engineering velocity, enhance code quality, and optimize problem-solving.</li><li>Lead end-to-end CI/CD platform strategy across multiple product teams.</li><li>Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure</li><li>Standardize and optimize build, release, and deployment pipelines.</li><li>Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).</li><li>Drive DevSecOps best practices including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and compliance automation.</li><li>Improve system observability using monitoring and logging frameworks.</li><li>Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams</li><li>Lead incident response and postmortem processes.</li><li>Drive automation across environments, reducing manual effort and increasing system consistency.</li><li>Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization</li></ul>

&#xa0;<ul><li>7-10&#xa0;years of experience and competency in the DevOps domain, specifically with Public Cloud (AWS), Kubernetes, and related deployment technologies like Kustomize/Helm and ArgoCD.</li><li>Working knowledge of CI tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.</li><li>Experience with development languages like Go, Ruby, Python, or similar.</li><li>Proficiency in major development tools and processes (e.g., source control, testing).</li><li>Proven ability in developing or architecting platform solutions.</li><li>A strong focus on good architecture; capable of conceptualizing new architectures and frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of supply chain security and SLSA standards.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or higher, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering.</li></ul>
