Sufficient amount of time, money and efforts are spent on training and development by the women themselves and by the organisation they are working for, and this talent remains unutilised due to career break.
Through the ‘Unnati’ program, we would like to bring back women professionals by offering customised, flexible opportunities aligned to our requirements.
We have opportunities in nearly all business verticals - Design, Development, Research, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Buying, Sales, Service, Marketing, Digital, Technology (IT, Data Science, Data Analytics & Data Engineering) and HR, Finance and Legal etc.
We will offer preparatory course through professional mentors to cover functional & behavioural aspects before the returning women professional takes up the role. This will help her overcome both real or notional gaps, if any, which may have developed due to the break. Skill based sessions will also be offered to update on the current trends and work requirements.
All facilities & policies applicable for women employees in general will also stand for our ‘Unnati’ participants.
We offer flexible formats of working – like Full WFH, Flexi-WFH, FTE, Internship etc.
