Women-Friendly Policies at TTBS

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety and security strategies to safeguard the organization's personnel, assets, and information. This position requires a deep understanding of Telecom/ IT security practices along with a strong focus on physical safety and risk management.Key Role Deliverables<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Develop and articulate a holistic safety and security strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and IT infrastructure.</li><li>Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities related to both physical security and fire/electrical safety and devise strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security professionals responsible for various aspects of safety & security etc</li><li>Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment to ensure efficient execution of security operations.</li><li>Design and implement physical security measures to protect employees, visitors, and company premises.</li><li>Manage security protocols for access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities across all areas of the organization.</li><li>Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to reduce the impact of potential incidents.</li><li>Develop and maintain an incident response plan to address both physical security incidents (e.g., theft, vandalism) .</li><li>Coordinate response efforts, collaborate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure effective communication during incidents.</li><li>Stay informed about relevant safety and security regulations, laws, and industry standards.</li><li>Ensure the organization's practices and policies align with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement security awareness programs to educate employees about best practices for safety, physical security, and cybersecurity.</li><li>Conduct regular training sessions to keep the workforce informed and vigilant.</li><li>Evaluate security practices of third-party vendors and partners to ensure they meet the organization's security standards.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with security-related service providers.</li><li>Prepare and manage the safety and security budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for effective risk management.</li><li>Well versed with all audit mechanism and process like ISO, TBEM etc</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Right Person (Qualification & Experience)<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>10-15 Yrs experience</li><li>Worked with reputed companies.</li><li>Good communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Must understand market and product marketing</li><li>BE & MBA preferred</li><li>Candidate should be having exposure to ISO standard</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Self-Motivated individual & with innovative mindset.
