Manage multi-cultural environment across various regions and countries and establishing good<br/> client relations.<br/> 2. Provide design direction and guidance to ensure design excellence.<br/> 3. To manage and coordinate the design process during design, pre-construction and construction<br/> phases.<br/> 4. To motivate and develop team members and their overall skills; to mentor as required.<br/> 5. To direct and support the design managers.<br/> 6. To define design responsibilities for consultants and specialist contractors.<br/> 7. To take the lead on appointment of consultants – to prepare RFPs, evaluate and recommend.<br/> 8. To ensure regular reviews are held with the consultants.</p> <p>9. To provide advice to consultants on buildability that aligns with the project schedule and budget.<br/> 10. To identify elements of the design suitable for VE studies.<br/> 11. To provide expertise based on extensive hospitality experience.<br/> 12. Liaison with Client and Operator / tenant team on design requirements and quality expectations.<br/> 13. Attend key meetings between Client / Operator / Tenant and Project Manager.<br/> 14. Establish design document based on the Client / Operator / Tenant feedback and requirements.<br/> 15. Approvals – define procedure and dates.<br/> 16. Design development – establish progress.<br/> 17. Budgets – define format of design information for cost appraisal exercises.<br/> 18. Technical specs – to review and provide inputs.<br/> 19. Establish Project budget and Project Master Schedule based on market studies, details received<br/> from Consultants, analysis etc.<br/> 20. Pre-Con Stage – To track design progress within the established framework of Overall Project<br/> Master schedule.<br/> 21.
