Role overviewAs a Lead Product Designer in Freshservice (Employee Experience Product), your mission is to create seamless, enjoyable experiences for customers and their end-users using Freshservice. You’ll lead design initiatives, balance engineering constraints without compromising UX, and mentor junior designers.
