Job PurposeTo take a lead in assessment of detail engineering for piping in a design and engineering of petro retail projects.Job Accountabilities – Duties & Responsibilities1. Engineer & Implement Projects to meet Business Requirements<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Finalise design, drawings, specifications, procedures for all piping and mechanical systems</li><li>Finalise engineering deliverables like Plot Plan Layout drawings, G.A drawings, equipment layout, etc.</li><li>Checking the alignment of the Project Engineering procedures in accordance to Reliance’s requirements & standard norms.</li><li>Review of 3D Models</li></ul>2. Project Estimation<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Validate/prepare project estimates</li><li>Analysis and control of man hours estimated for Piping related engineering activities</li><li>Review of vendors and participate in evaluation of bids</li></ul>Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)· Preparation and Updation of DEPs· Appraise engineering Deliverables generated by the DEC· Interdisciplinary checks and co-ordination· Appraise Inputs to other disciplines· Automation tools and softwares· Technical Bid Evaluation Review· Review datasheets· Studying PFDs/P&IDs, Understanding process, operation, maintenance and statutory requirements· Approval of plant layout & equipment layout· Model Reviews· DoR Review and finalization· Preparation of Quality PlanKey Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)Necessary:· B.E / B.Tech Mechanical· Minimum of 15 Years of Experience in Project Execution or Piping Material Engineering
