Job DescriptionAs a Lead Analyst - GTM Planning, you will be responsible for central management and consolidation of GTM Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales and Marketing Ops, Analytics, and Finance teams to drive GTM planning excellence and provide data-driven insights to GTM leadership.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of annual GTM planning processes, including AOP consolidation and strategic planning cycles</li><li>Support the execution of quarterly business review processes across the GTM organization</li><li>Build and maintain sophisticated models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions</li><li>Create executive-level insights reports providing visibility into GTM performance metrics</li><li>Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual results, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions</li><li>Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and GTM Analytics teams to ensure data integrity and process alignment</li><li>Provide data and analytical support to corporate strategic initiatives, and GTM experimentation</li></ul>
