We are seeking highly skilled Chartered Accountants with 3 to 5 years of experience. As a key member of the General Ledger (GL) Accounting team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving a timely and efficient financial close. You will collaborate with multiple teams, support critical accounting functions, and contribute to process improvements that help our finance organization scale.&#xa0;Key Responsibilities:Audit Coordination &amp; External Stakeholder Management:<ul><li>Act as a key liaison for external auditors for standalone and consolidated audits.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors across multiple jurisdictions and facilitate smooth execution of audits.</li><li>Work closely with local bookkeepers and advisors to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.</li><li>Prepare detailed audit schedules and support internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. Maintain robust documentation and ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls.</li></ul>Close &amp; Consolidation Management:<ul><li>Own key areas of the monthly financial close, including preparing and posting journal entries, managing bank reconciliations, prepaid, fixed assets &amp; leases accounting and performing variance analysis to ensure accurate reporting.</li></ul>Reconciliation &amp; Analysis:&#xa0;&#xa0;<ul><li>Conduct monthly bank and other account balances reconciliations including intercompany using tools like Blackline. Investigate and promptly resolve discrepancies, including integration errors and foreign exchange (forex) variances.</li></ul>Accrual Management:&#xa0;<ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage vendor spend and other period-end accruals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.</li></ul>Cost Allocations &amp; Forex Analysis:&#xa0;<ul><li>Manage allocation of common costs across various entities and functions.</li><li>Review and validate foreign exchange gains/losses at the consolidated level, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness.&#xa0;</li></ul>Systems automations and process improvements:<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ERP system and resolve reporting issues.&#xa0;</li><li>Actively participate in process automation and improvement initiatives, supporting system implementations and testing to enhance the efficiency of the close process.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in Big 4 or in GL / R2R function.&#xa0;</li><li>Hands-on experience with a major ERP system is required; Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with reconciliation software like Blackline is a significant advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS; exposure to German and French GAAP is an added advantage.</li><li>Experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Prior experience in handling external audits and statutory reporting.</li><li>Exposure to SOX compliance and internal control frameworks will be a strong advantage</li><li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex accounting matters.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies.</li></ul>
