Role OverviewYou will be the execution engine for Marketing’s operational backbone. Operating at the intersection of marketing, systems, and data, you’ll own the marketing tech stack, automation workflows, reporting frameworks, and integrations. You’ll partner with the Revenue Technology vertical and the broader GTM teams to ensure that campaigns scale reliably, insights are actionable, and data integrity is intact.<h3> Key Responsibilities</h3> 1. Marketing Tech Stack & Integrations<ul><li>Operate and optimize tools such as the marketing automation platform (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent), email systems, landing page builders, and third-party integrations.</li><li>Design, build, and maintain integrations and workflows between marketing systems and CRM / revenue systems (e.g. sync leads, account enrichment, tracking events).</li><li>Ensure configuration hygiene, documentation, and change control processes.</li></ul> 2. Campaign Execution & Workflow Automation<ul><li>Build and execute campaign workflows (emails, drip programs, nurture, re-engagement) with scalability and personalization in mind.</li><li>Automate repetitive tasks (e.g. lead routing, tagging, scoring, segmentation) using native or low-code tools.</li><li>Work with marketing and content teams to embed instrumentation (UTMs, tracking, pixel fires) into campaign assets.</li></ul> 3. Lead Management & Funnel Optimization<ul><li>Manage lead lifecycle processes: lead scoring, qualification thresholds, prioritization, and handoff to sales / SDRs.</li><li>Monitor and optimize funnel conversion points (e.g. MQL → SQL, trial → activation) using data insights and experimentation.</li><li>Collaborate with demand gen, growth, and content teams on A/B tests, personalization, and campaign optimization.</li></ul> 4. Reporting, Analytics & Insights<ul><li>Build dashboards, reports, and metrics views for campaign performance, funnel health, ROI, and pipeline contribution.</li><li>Analyze performance, identify trends and anomalies, and recommend optimizations.</li><li>Maintain marketing attribution models, channel mix evaluations, and multi-touch analyses.</li></ul> 5. Data Governance & Hygiene<ul><li>Implement consistent data standards (naming conventions, field definitions, data validation).</li><li>Conduct regular audits / deduplication, monitor for data drift, and enforce cleanup protocols.</li><li>Work with RevTech to ensure data accuracy across systems through sync audits and reconciliation.</li></ul> 6. Collaboration & Process Documentation<ul><li>Partner with Revenue Technology, Strategy & Planning, Demand Gen, and Growth teams to align on priorities, roadmaps, and dependencies.</li><li>Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and workflows.</li><li>Communicate status, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders.</li></ul></body></html>
