Experience in the footwear and apparel industry is a plus—and a passion for digital innovation is essential.<ul><li>7–10 years of experience in web or digital businesses in a technical function.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.</li><li>Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms in a technical capacity.</li><li>Proven track record of leading organizational change and delivering complex projects.</li></ul><div/><div/>WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You’ll lead the evolution of Nike India’s digital platforms (.com and app), driving revenue, operational excellence, and consumer-first innovation. Your work will span commerce operations, seasonal execution, and technical advancement.<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end operations of the Nike India’s Digital Commerce Store, ensuring optimal inventory, site performance, and platform reliability.</li><li>Manage vendor partnerships to execute seasonal brand and merchandising strategies.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for site experience and fulfillment, driving cross-functional improvements.</li><li>Coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches with marketplace partners.</li><li>Lead in-season strategies and execution informed by real-time business insights.</li><li>Champion process and technical innovation to elevate digital commerce capabilities.</li><li>Define and deliver a roadmap of feature enhancements in collaboration with internal and external teams.</li><li>Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives and fostering capability development.</li><li>Provide technology leadership to solve operational challenges and fuel long-term growth.</li></ul>Note: At Nike, we're committed to providing a fair and transparent application process for all applicants.
