Job Accountabilities<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot framework.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Participate in designing application architecture, database schema, and integration with third-party systems and microservices.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Collaborate with UI/UX designers and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Optimize applications for speed and scalability.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ensure application security, compliance, and performance.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines using Kubernetes.</li></ul>Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Solid experience in Java development using the Spring Boot framework for building robust and scalable backend services.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Practical knowledge of designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services using microservice architecture.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) including writing efficient SQL queries and understanding database design principles.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Understanding of application security practices and commitment to writing secure code.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience with performance optimization techniques to improve application responsiveness and scalability.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Awareness of software development best practices including testing, continuous integration, and deployment workflows.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Strong communication and problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to team goals.</li></ul>Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Graduate from a reputed/recognized institute (Desired Educational Qualifications - B.E. - Computer Science)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Total 3-5 years of experience in Java Spring Boot</li></ul>
