<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities :</strong></p> <p>• Administer the IT strategy calendar and targets as per Business Digital Organization of Bosch Limited to leverage standardized IT tools and IT-enabled best practices and processes in alignment with business strategy of the Plant<br/> • Contribute to the adoption of state-of-the-art technology at plant to enhance business efficiency, reduce usage of obsolete technology and processes as per business needs<br/> • Administer IT applications and infrastructure at plant to cater to current and future business requirements and embrace new technology in alignment with organization's IT portfolio<br/> • Control the usage of Bosch Central Directives and guidelines to minimize cyber security risks in collaboration with governance teams<br/> • Develop a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for successful and timely delivery of projects<br/> • Participate in employee well-being and motivation through development trainings in latest technologies and soft skills</p> <p><strong>Knowledge</strong></p> <p>• Competent in Application Lifecycle management</p> <p>• Advanced understanding of IT architecture, IT Security Management and governing guidelines</p> <p>• Advanced knowledge of IT Service management</p> <p>• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)</p> <p><strong>Functional Skills</strong></p> <p>• Competent in understanding business use cases and proposing application of technology</p> <p>• Competent in analytical thinking and problem-solving</p> <p>• Competent in communicating and collaborating across diverse functions</p> <p>• Advanced in Custom IT solutions</p> <p><br/>  </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong><u>Educational qualification:</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <p>• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Production, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering</p> <p>• MBA in IT or Operations Management, Master's Degree in any Engineering discipline would be advantageous</p> <p>• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) would be advantageous</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p>• 7+ years of overall experience in Business processes and IT Applications and Services, Industry 4.0 and digitalization in plants</p> <p>• 2+ years of experience in IT or functional Project implementation in plants, 3+ years in leading teams</p> <p>• Experience in IT Infrastructure and application architecture including Web, Mobile or Cloud services in plants</p> <p>Skill / Competencies Requirements</p> <p><strong>Tamil Speaking Skills is absolutely important for this role as it involves working with the Local Stakeholders in the Factory</strong></p> </div></section></body></html>
