This role is highly hands-on and requires strong ownership, technical depth, and a problem-solving mindset. You will work closely with Engineering, People Operations, and Security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a secure, compliant environment.<div> </div><h2 dir="ltr"> Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li dir="ltr">Support daily IT operations: user onboarding/offboarding, hardware setup, and troubleshooting. </li><li dir="ltr">Manage and monitor Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect for security and compliance. </li><li dir="ltr">Review and remediate open security and compliance findings. </li><li dir="ltr">Ensure 100% MFA enforcement, device encryption, and patch compliance across endpoints. </li><li dir="ltr">Automate routine IT and security tasks using Google Apps Script, Bash, or Python. </li><li dir="ltr">Maintain asset inventory, access control reviews, and security dashboards. </li><li dir="ltr">Assist in audit evidence preparation for SOC2 / ISO27001 readiness. </li></ul><h2 dir="ltr"> Skills & Qualifications</h2><ul><li dir="ltr">2–5 years of experience in IT administration or security operations. </li><li dir="ltr">Strong understanding of: <ul><li dir="ltr">Google Workspace admin and security settings </li><li dir="ltr">Identity management (Okta or similar IAM tools) </li><li dir="ltr">MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune, or equivalent) </li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script). </li><li dir="ltr">Familiarity with SOC2 / ISO27001 frameworks and compliance processes. </li><li dir="ltr">Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. </li></ul> What We Offer Join Locus and become part of a visionary team that is redefining logistics through innovation and smart distribution.
