Suggest enhancements to existing processes.</li><li>How:Participate in training, research, and knowledge sharing within the team.</li><li>Direction:Self-directed learning with occasional guidance.</li></ul>5% Education (degree / diploma)Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent work experience.
