This role involves managing IT assets, troubleshooting systems, and providing timely support to all employees while maintaining a secure and high-performing tech environment.</p><div>  <br/></div><div>  <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>  <br/></div><ul><li><p>Manage <strong>end-to-end IT assets</strong>, stock tracking, tagging, and system updates.</p></li><li><p>Maintain <strong>LAN/WAN infrastructure</strong> and assist in network configuration and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Handle <strong>user onboarding/offboarding</strong>, access control, and data backup procedures.</p></li><li><p>Provide <strong>timely IT support</strong> for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</p></li><li><p>Configure and manage <strong>Outlook, printers, scanners, CCTV</strong>, and <strong>Access Control Systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Manage <strong>firewalls, VPNs, ISP load balancing</strong>, and ensure secure network connectivity.</p></li><li><p>Conduct <strong>network security audits</strong>, implement content filtering, and maintain device protection.</p></li><li><p>Ensure <strong>IT security compliance</strong>, including endpoint protection and data encryption.</p></li><li><p>Administer <strong>Active Directory</strong> and <strong>Google Workspace</strong> for user and access management.</p></li></ul><div><p><br/></p><div><strong>The Ideal Noisemaker:</strong></div><div><br/></div></div><div>  <ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 2–4 years in IT infrastructure, support, or system administration.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>Windows/macOS</strong>, <strong>MS Office</strong>, and <strong>Google Workspace</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of <strong>TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP</strong>, and network security concepts.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <strong>Active Directory/Azure AD</strong>, endpoint protection, and MDM tools.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.</p></li></ul></div></body></html>
