<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of global intercompany and vendor payments, including intercompany settlements, netting activities, cross-border transactions, and payment reconciliations. The individual will work closely with finance, treasury, banking partners, and regional stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role requires strong payment operations knowledge, analytical skills, and effective stakeholder management to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with payment operations, process deliverables, and change management initiatives.</li><li>Manage high-volume global payment transactions across multiple entities, currencies, and banking platforms.</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives, standardization activities, and implementation of new payment processes and controls.</li><li>Provide operational guidance and support to team members while ensuring adherence to established procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Primary purpose of this position:</strong></p><ul><li>Execute global vendor and Intercompany payment runs to ensure accurate and timely disbursements across regions.</li><li>Process payments through various banking channels, including Wire, ACH, SEPA, NEFT, RTGS, and other regional payment methods.</li><li>Manage Intercompany settlements, netting activities, balance confirmations, and clearing of open items.</li><li>Coordinate with Treasury to support funding and liquidity requirements for payment execution.</li><li>Upload, validate, and monitor payment files through global banking platforms.</li><li>Investigate payment rejections, failures, and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and reprocessing.</li><li>Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, and regional finance teams to support end-to-end payment processes.</li><li>Act as a key contact for payment, remittance, settlement, and banking-related queries from stakeholders.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and payment clearing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions.</li><li>Monitor Intercompany balances and support timely settlement of outstanding items.</li><li>Prepare and distribute payment reports, KPIs, exception reports, and aging analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, payment policies, and maker-checker procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment documentation, approvals, and audit support records.</li></ul>
