Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions</li><li>Design and develop scalable and maintainable integrations using middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, SnapLogic, Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.)</li><li>Develop, test, and deploy new integrations, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Proactively monitor and maintain existing business-critical integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to minimize integration downtime.</li><li>Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and potential risks.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.</li><li>Document integration designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.</li><li>Develop and implement AI-powered automations to streamline complex business processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Design and build RPA workflows to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.</li><li>Explore and evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.</li><li>Develop and maintain scripts and programs for API integrations, data injection, and ETL processes.</li><li>Design and implement efficient data transformations and mappings between systems.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration lifecycle.</li></ul>  Qualifications <ul><li>3+ years of proven experience with enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS), such as Workato, SnapLogic, Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar.</li><li>Proficient in programming languages: Python, Java, C#, or similar. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Bash) is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, SOAP) and data formats (JSON, XML).</li><li>Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based integration services.</li><li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).</li><li>Experience integrating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), and other enterprise applications.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, Tooling, Metadata, SOAP). Familiarity with Salesforce Apex/Visualforce is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.</li><li>Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures.</li><li>Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.</li><li>Strong understanding of security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSL/TLS.</li><li>Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, systems engineering and business process re-engineering.</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to create and maintain clear and concise documentation.  </li></ul> Education/Certifications/Licenses: <ul> <li> BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience </li></ul> EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
