Divide topics into logical video segments.<ul> <li>Create a script from scratch for demonstrations adhering to provided scripting guidelines.</li> <li>Generate mp3 using Speechelo.</li> <li>Record video demonstration in product environment based on approved script. </li> <li>Use Camtasia video editing software to:<ul> <li>Ensure audio and video files are synchronized.</li> <li>Apply post-recording video edits (i.e. highlighting, zooming, etc.)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>Mandatory Experience/Skills:</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul><li>3-5 years of instructional design and development experience, including the development of self-service, e-learning training in a software or a technical vertical.</li></ul> <p> Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Speak and write fluently in English with proper command of English grammar and technical writing.</li> <li>Understand and translate technical topics to a non-technical audience.</li> <li>Create course outline based on deliverable goals, content, and target audience.<ul> <li>Apply critical thinking to determine best order and segmentation of topics</li> <li>Create learning objectives that drive the content of each lesson and highlight important take-aways.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Work independently to learn software and independently articulate software questions to SMEs.</li> <li>Develop meaningful assessment questions based on learning objectives including helpful feedback.</li> <li>Develop key points and recaps based on learning objectives.</li> </ul> <p>Suggest removing 'instructor-led' specific experience.
