Develop detailed drawings and specifications for components and assemblies</li> <li>Analyze and optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and performance.</li> <li>Perform stress analysis and other engineering calculations to ensure design integrity.</li> <li>Create and maintain engineering documentation such as BOMs, drawings, and test plans.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and troubleshoot and resolve design issues.</li> <li>Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and maintain design standards and best practices</li> <li>Implement design improvements based on project learning and industry trends. Stay abreast with technological advancements and best practices</li> <li>Support and ensure compliance with ISO audits, RB guidelines, central directives, Statutory & Regulatory authorities, machine safety CE norms, UL Standards for export machines.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Skills Required :</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in 3D model software preferebaly Autodesk Inventor</li> <li>FEA analysis using Inventor / Ansys</li> <li>Statistical tolerance calculations / GD&T</li> </ul> <p>Additional knowledge / experience :</p> <ul> <li>Automation technologies applicable for automotive industry</li> <li>Understanding of manufacturing process</li> <li>Materials and Heat treatment / Surface treatment</li> <li>Industry standards, codes and regulations</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>B.E - Mechanical </p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p>Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in design of special-purpose machines / process machines / assembly and testing machines is a must</p> <ul/> </div></section></body></html>
