<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><ol> <li>First point of contact for business units and divisions for NPD projects, responsible for managing platform and application projects</li> <li>Interface between business unit (BU) and material field purchasing (PDxy)</li> <li>Responsible for achievement of project goals (Cost, quality, deadlines, budget and capacity)</li> <li>Responsible for the MAT cost calculation for new customer acquisition project</li> <li>Responsible for ICT calculation for Business plan (BP) and submitting Current forecast (CF)</li> <li>Release MIS on New project development Status and ECR Projects (ABS/ESP)</li> <li>Responsible for change management of purchased parts and technical cost saving projects (RPP), provide project related information to all Plant and CP stakeholders after the project kickoff</li> <li>Initiate ECR for SICR (Supplier Initiated Change Request), RPP and other change projects.</li> <li>Initiating RFQC, arrange for technical discussion (TLG) or feasibility check with suppliers, coordinating with PDxy for closing the RFQC.</li> <li>Global / Local purchasing evaluation (PE) and review (PR) based on type of project application project or platform project)</li> <li>Coordinating with suppliers for development of samples, providing technical support to suppliers for development related activities</li> <li>Coordinating with suppliers for timely arrival and receipt of PPAP/PSW samples for NPD project, Die duplication, and RPP project</li> <li>Responsible for CIJ and BANF raising and approval for tool PO, Initiate BANF for D- PPAP sample procurement.</li> </ol></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong>B.E in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Automobile </strong></p> <p>Experience – 4 to 5 years of vendor development activity in <strong>Automotive industry</strong> handling commodity like stamping, Nonferrous casting, plastic.</p> <p>Should have good knowledge of Quality System</p> <p>Should be good in Communication and inter-personnel skills.</p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <ol> <li>Support team member for Internal and external audits.</li> <li>Co-ordinate with department member to gather data for MIS</li> <li>Prepare Current forecast – CF</li> <li>Involve in Business Plan activity and compile and share data</li> </ol> <p> </p> </div></section></body></html>
