Job description:Job Title: Associate Manager – HR OperationsLocation: Bangalore, IndiaPosition OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Manager – HR Operations to manage the complete HR operational activities of our organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions, including employee onboarding, exit processes, payroll management, PF/ESI administration, HRMS management, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, the role involves handling recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities· Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, exits, and payroll administration.· Administer PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.· Oversee HRMS system management and maintain accurate employee data and documentation.· Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes in collaboration with department heads.· Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.· Ensure smooth communication and coordination with internal teams and external agencies as needed.· Proactively handle all HR administrative tasks and support employee engagement initiatives.Required Qualifications & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.· Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, particularly with PF/ESI and HRMS management.· Proven experience in managing payroll and statutory compliances.· Strong organizational and communication skills.· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Note:Male Candidate Required.Contact us on: 90355 40346 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
