Uncovering Unconscious Bias at the Workplace
A dedicated learning program to help understand how unconscious biases play out at work, strategies to manage these biases and the role of managers & leaders in building an inclusive workplace.
Catalyze
The program aims to target roadblocks that create unique challenges in women’s career advancement. This program offers women a platform to engage with themselves better,  share their stories, and build an internal and external support  network.
Mentoring Circles
An initiative designed to give women access to senior leadership, influential peers, potential sponsors and engages them into networks with various crucial themes explored. 
Evolve
A program that takes on the challenges faced by women in the supply chain through fostering an empowered mindset, capability development and coaching.
 
We're also running different Talent Attraction programs such as:

Day care Support:
We have a creche facility in our campus and also have a tie-up with two Day Care Centers which provide 50% subsidy on the day care (Cr&egrave;che) fees.

Remote Work policy&nbsp;
With an endeavour to support the employees requiring flexible working options that may arise on account of personal exigencies, this policy applies to all Full-time employees of Flipkart. The employee can obtain approval for remote working under this policy from 2 weeks to a maximum of 6 months.

Flipkart's Policy for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace&nbsp;is committed to creating and maintaining a secure work environment&nbsp;within but not limited to the office premises and other locations directly related to the company's business. We firmly believe that all employees of Flipkart should be treated with dignity and respect and&nbsp;Sexual harassment at the workplace or other than workplace is a grave offence and is, therefore, punishable. We have drafted this policy in view of Flipkart's commitment to upholding the law both in letter and spirit and we offer multiple channels available to report any POSH incident and seek timely support.

Flipkart offers 6 months of paid maternity leave, and 4 months of flexible work hours - all with full pay. Women also enjoy a higher maternity claim as part of medical insurance. In addition, MomOnBoard program offers mothers a smooth transition back to work post maternity journey by sensitization of managers and peers.

Adoption Assistance:
This policy provides adopting parents the required support they need to have a great parenting journey by enabling reasonable time to establish and bond with their child and achieve the right work-life balance. Adoption leave similar to maternity/paternity leave can be availed with option to take unpaid extended leave and also a one time financial assistance to enable smooth adoption process.

Other

Paternity leave can be availed up to 15 working days either before or after the baby is born. Flexible working hours for 3 months (can be used either three months before or after the child's birth). New fathers who require additional time off beyond the paternity leave but do not have enough leave balance may take unpaid leave of absence for up to 3 months along with continuity on the same job.
