The Global Flexible Vacation Policy defines Finastra&rsquo;s commitment to life-work balance. At&nbsp;Finastra, we promote OPENworking, and we believe that everyone is more efficient without artificial limits on vacations/holiday entitlement and encourage you to take vacation as and when you need to&mdash;there will be no cap on holidays.

At Finastra we are committed to providing a safe and respectful work environment for all, we will not tolerate inappropriate behavior, including harassment, bullying, or abuse of authority. No one has to endure any type of harassment at Finastra, for any reason, at any time. Likewise, no one is permitted to harass anyone else at Finastra. Finastra does not tolerate any harassing behavior and treats all complaints of harassment seriously whether they are made informally or formally. We will instigate disciplinary or legal action against people who harass, bully, or abuse their authority. We will treat each other respectfully and challenge any unfair behavior. By respect, we mean due consideration for the feelings, wishes, and rights of others. We are all responsible for ensuring harassment doesn&rsquo;t happen at Finastra and Finastra will investigate all complaints to ensure they are resolved quickly and fairly.

Maternity Time off allows us to comply with both the letter and spirit of the law on maternity rights and to make the maternity leave process transparent and supportive for the employees. 
A female employee of Finastra India is entitled to be paid maternity leave before and after childbirth, for a total of not more than twenty-six (26) weeks (Inclusive of public holidays and weekly offs), with up to eight (8) weeks of maternity benefit to be given preceding the date of her delivery. 
In compliance with the Maternity Benefit Act 1961, female employees adopting a child below the age of three months and commissioning mothers having children through surrogacy are entitled to paid maternity leave for a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date the child is handed over to them. If the age of the adopted child is more than 3 months, the adoptive mother will not be entitled to the maternity benefit under the existing rules.
A female employee who undergoes a tubectomy operation, on submission of prescribed proof, will be entitled to two (2) weeks paid leave, immediately following the day of the tubectomy operation. In addition, every female employee who undergoes a medical termination of pregnancy or miscarriage, on submission of prescribed proof, will be entitled to six (6) weeks of paid leave immediately after the day of medical termination of pregnancy or miscarriage.
In the event of any illness arising out of pregnancy, delivery, premature birth, miscarriage, medical termination of pregnancy, or a tubectomy operation, the employee will be eligible to take an additional paid leave of up to four (4) weeks. 
Finastra reserves the right to seek a medical certificate from a doctor confirming the need for such leave due to pregnancy-related problems.

The SAFELeave &amp; Domestic Abuse Policy recognizes the unfortunate reality of domestic violence. At Finastra we are committed to tackling the issue of by providing the necessary resources and work adjustments to Personnel who need help.

Safe Leave and Domestic Abuse

The Adoption Policy defines the support provided to you by Finastra if you are expanding your family through adoption. It confirms the reimbursement of costs associated with adopting a child that Finastra will meet and that local parental leave rules equally apply to adoption. Finastra recognizes the valuable contribution that its employees can make in providing a safe and loving home for children around the world via adoption and this policy provides the family with the support that they will need.

Environment Social and Governance Policy

This policy outlines the processes involved in paternity leave. Paternity Leave provides for a short period of paid leave immediately following the birth or adoption, or within a relatively short time thereafter.
An employee is eligible for a maximum of 10 working days in the service career towards Paternity Leave. It can be utilized at a maximum of 5 working days per Child or adoption of a child, for the first two children.
Paternity leave will need to be consumed at one stretch and not in parts. No Carry forward / Accumulation / Encashment is possible with Paternity leave. The Request for Paternity Leave Approval will need to be supported by a copy of the Birth Certificate or Adoption Certificate issued by the competent governmental body.
Any inappropriate claim or usage of Paternity Leave will result in disciplinary action.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:The HR Analyst – Exit Processes plays a critical role in managing and executing employee separation activities across multiple geographies. This role ensures that voluntary resignations, involuntary terminations, redundancies, retirement, and death-in-service cases are handled with accuracy, compliance, and empathy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering a smooth and consistent offboarding experience.Key Responsibilities · Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers during the exit process.· Manage end-to-end offboarding activities for voluntary, involuntary, redundancy, retirement, and death-in-service cases.· Prepare and issue separation documentation, including termination letters and compliance forms.· Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and other internal teams to ensure timely processing of final settlements and system access removal.· Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all exit transactions in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow).· Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data privacy regulations.· Provide empathetic support and clear communication to employees during sensitive exit scenarios.· Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.Qualifications & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.· Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with exposure to offboarding processes.· Experience working with HR ERP systems like Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow.· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.· Familiarity with global HR compliance standards and local labor laws.Preferred Skills · Experience handling sensitive cases such as redundancies and death-in-service.· Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).· Process improvement mindset and experience with automation tools.
