Should be a Leader in the true sense. Drive and motivate the staff around. Ensuring Admissions and retention.<br/><\/div><div><br/><\/div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><br/><\/div><div>Lead the development and execution of the school’s strategic goals.<br/><\/div><div>Promote a strong IB ethos aligned with the school’s mission and vision.<br/><\/div><div>Oversee curriculum planning and delivery.<br/><\/div><div>Drive innovation in teaching and learning methodologies.<br/><\/div><div>Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of educators and administrators.<br/><\/div><div>Conduct teacher evaluations and provide professional development aligned with IB pedagogy.<br/><\/div><div>Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students.<br/><\/div><div>Support holistic development in line with IB learner profile attributes.<br/><\/div><div>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.<br/><\/div><div>Represent the school in public forums and build relationships with the community.<br/><\/div><div>Develop and manage the school budget in coordination with the finance team.<br/><\/div><div>Oversee infrastructure, admissions, events, and safety protocols.<br/><\/div><div><br/><\/div><div><b>Qualifications x26amp; Experience:<\/b><br/><\/div><div>Master’s degree in Education or related field. <br/><\/div><div>IB leadership training.<br/><\/div><div>Minimum 20 years of experience in education with at least 10 years experience in IB.<br/><\/div><div>5+ years experience in IB school as Principal.<br/><\/div><div>Proven experience with IB authorization and evaluation processes.<br/><\/div><div>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.<br/><\/div><div>Demonstrated ability to lead in multicultural and international contexts.<br/><\/div><div>IB workshop leader, examiner, or school consultant experience.<br/><\/div><div>Experience in handling all three IB programs (PYP, MYP, DP)<br/><\/div><div>Familiarity with international school accreditation standards (e.g., CIS, NEASC).<br/><\/div><div><br/><\/div><div>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<br/><\/div><div>Background verification will be carried out for selected candidate.<br/><\/div><div>Accommodation is not being provided.
