Ltd. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budget management, financial reporting, and forecasting. They will also lead financial audits, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.Qualifications<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">EXPORT RELATED EXPERIENCE IS A MUST</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Dealing with overseas collections and correspondence will require above average communication and English language skills</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Must be able to make documents and projections for banks</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Deal with IRM, BRC and such RBI regulations</li><li style="text-align: justify;">DGFT compliance</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Financial Planning & Analysis, Budget Management, and Forecasting skills</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Financial Reporting and Audit experience</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Process Improvement and Strategic Financial Planning skills</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li style="text-align: justify;">CPA or CFA certification is a plus</li></ul>
