This role will partner closely with team lead and Global HEOR Product Leads to ensure strong alignment with product strategy. The Economic Modeling Senior Associate will develop cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other health economic models that reflect clinical and real-world data to inform HTA and payer decision-making.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul>  <li>Design and develop hands on global core health economic models for products at all stages of development and launch, using cost-effectiveness/cost-utility (e.g., markov, partitioned survival model), cost minimization, budget impact, and other techniques, as appropriate.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Program models in software such as Excel, R, or Python, ensuring accurate integration of clinical, real-world data, epidemiological, and economic inputs.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Conduct statistical analyses of clinical trial and real-world data to generate inputs including treatment effects, survival extrapolations, resource use, and health utility estimates.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Design and conduct advanced evidence synthesis, including network meta-analyses (NMA) and matching-adjusted indirect comparisons (MAIC), to inform comparative effectiveness.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Implement various types of scenario and sensitivity analyses such as univariate, multivariate, and probabilistic analyses to test model robustness.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Deliverables will include the model structure, programmed model, technical report, user's guide, and presentation files and publications.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Work closely with team lead and HEOR Product Leads to ensure economic models follow product strategy.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Monitor and integrate evolving HTA guidelines, payer requirements, and methodological advancements.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Interpret complex economic findings to technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p/><h2>Qualifications</h2><p>  <b>Education</b></p><ul>  <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health economics, econometry, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering or a related field.</li></ul><p>  <b>Experience</b></p><ul>  <li>Years of relevant experience in economic modeling in the pharmaceutical, biotech or consulting setting: +3 years for Master’s degree and +5 years for Bachelor’s degree.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Hands-on experience in developing cost-effectiveness, budget impact models, as well as NMA/MAIC.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Experience supporting HTA submissions or payer evidence generation.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Proficiency with modeling and statistical tools such as Excel, R, SAS, or STATA.</li></ul><h2>Skills & Competencies</h2><ul>  <li>Excellent English oral and written communication, with ability to tailor content to different stakeholders.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Strong project management and time-management abilities.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Innovative use of artificial intelligence to boost efficiency.</li></ul><h2>Organizational Behaviors</h2><ul>  <li>Effective cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.</li></ul><p/><ul>  <li>Comfortable working in a global team across time zones and cultures.</li></ul><p/><p/><p/><p/><p>.</p></body></html>
