From analysing complex data to influencing high-stakes decisions, we are at the forefront of driving value in one of the most exciting and dynamic sectors.</p><h3>ABOUT THE ROLE</h3><p>We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven FP&A Manager to take full ownership of our company-wide Workforce Planning and Analysis. This high-impact role is the crucial link between Finance and People Operations, demanding strong financial modeling skills, rigorous operational process management, and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
