The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to deliver results in a matrixed, dynamic and fast-paced environment.</span></p><p/><p/><p>  <b>    <span>Key Responsibilities:</span>  </b></p><p/><p>  <span>Financial Strategy and Planning:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the solutions portfolio.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide decision-making and enhance business performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitability for the solutions division.</span></p></li></ul><p/><p>  <span>Financial Management and Reporting:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, variance analysis, and key performance metrics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize revenue streams.</span></p></li></ul><p/><p>  <span>Operational Leadership and Risk Management:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global finance partners, operations, sales, accounting, and IT to drive financial accountability and operational excellence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead efforts to streamline processes, implement financial systems, and improve data accuracy and accessibility.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay current on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes, and assess their potential impact on the business.</span></p></li></ul><p/><p>  <span>Team Leadership and Development:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Integrate Pune location with broader finance goals and objectives. Establish ways of working to support highly matrixed team structure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team to support the solutions division.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance function.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide guidance and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.</span></p></li></ul><p/><p>  <b>    <span>Qualifications and Skills:</span>  </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA designation preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience: We are looking for progressive experience in finance, with experience in management too. Preferred exposure to full P&L management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communication:<b> </b>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Adaptability</span><b><span>:</span></b><span> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
