Key Responsibilities<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Coordinate with the Business Team for smooth site handover to the execution agency.</li><li>Conduct kick-off meetings with construction contractors to align scope, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Review and validate IFC drawings and SOQs prior to execution.</li><li>Ensure issuance of correct, approved, and latest-revision engineering deliverables to contractors.</li><li>Raise Site Engineering Requests (SERs) for site-specific engineering queries.</li><li>Coordinate with the Design Team for timely resolution of engineering queries.</li><li>Liaise with State Business Teams to provide site data required for obtaining statutory and regulatory clearances.</li><li>Regularly update the State Planner on site readiness for receipt of materials.</li><li>Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, dealers, and site contractors to ensure timely ordering and delivery of all project materials.</li><li>Inspect incoming materials at site, prepare inspection reports, and submit relevant documentation to the state office.</li><li>Ensure safe and proper storage of materials at site.</li><li>Monitor construction activities in line with the approved project schedule and ensure timely completion of projects.</li><li>Update and report site construction progress on a daily and weekly basis.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Quality and HSE standards at site.</li><li>Monitor construction quality and witness mandatory QMS activities; upload IRPs in the designated portal.</li><li>Ensure HSE compliance and conduct periodic safety audits.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of all punch points and obtain HOTO sign-off.</li><li>Monitor construction costs and avoid cost overruns or sunken costs.</li><li>Carry out material reconciliation at site.</li><li>Certify work measurements and maintain records of deviations.</li><li>Evaluate contractor performance on quality, safety, and delivery parameters.</li><li>Submit as-built drawing markups and complete HOTO dossiers.</li></ul>Education & Qualifications<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Mandatory: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering only</li></ul>Desirable: MBA Experience RequirementsTotal Experience: 5 to 8 yearsRelevant Experience:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>EPC projects and project execution</li><li>Retail fuel business / infrastructure projects</li><li>Exposure to marketing and commercial coordination will be an added advantage</li></ul>Key Skills & Competencies<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Knowledge of EPC project execution and site management</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Understanding of quality, safety (HSE), and compliance standards</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Commercial and marketing acumen</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Good communication and reporting skills</li></ul>
