"•	To make a daily plan based on the monthly plan and share to the reporting managers. 
•	To ensure the availability of lubricated blend, core tablets, coating materials and equipment before plan. 
•	To distribute the operational activities among the supervisors to complete the daily targets.
•	To set the daily targets to achieve monthly targets and trace the daily output of each equipment with respect to the daily target and intimate the deviation with justification in OEE Report.
•	To co-ordinate with cross functional departments (i.e. Dispensing, Granulation, Coating, supply chain) for input material and co-ordinate with WIP, packing, QA, QC for sampling and release to packing.  
•	To ensure the SAP transactions of completed products.
•	To ensure the cleanliness of area & equipment’s and to ensure the equipment parts, change parts are place at designated location with proper status labelling.
•	Ensure the procedures are followed as per Standard operating procedure and continuous improvement in system/documents.
•	To ensure all the SOPs are available at working place for ready reference. 
•	To create and Authorized the master Recipe for equipment’s where applicable and ensure the defect free and minimum manual intervention required during operation.
•	To provide the equipment’s for preventive maintenance and ensure equipment’s are working as per design.
•	To verify the need of periodic maintenance and building maintenance and intimate to maintenance team through BDIS.   
•	To play a role of training co-ordinate and ensure the daily training to required employees and contract worker, to submit the training record to HR and make online software entry in TIMS.
•	To ensure the delivery of products as per the production target.
•	To ensure and monitoring yield, Wastage, WIP & operation expenses of compression area.
•	To ensure periodic qualification of equipment and process validation are carried out as per schedule.
•	Raise the change control for new equipment’s installation and completed the I.Q, O.Q and P.Q of new equipment’s.
•	Raise the deviation for unplanned or any incident base activity performed related to process, quality or any other.
•	To ensure execution of new product validation / ANDA product as per schedule.
•	To ensure implementation of quality policy in compression area.
•	To ensure the technical training & development of people.
•	To ensure the cost effective improvement & measure to control expenses.
•	To ensure the quality of the product and involvement in market complaint investigation.
•	To ensure the work discipline and cleanliness in production area and maintain all time readiness of compression area for regulatory/external and internal audit.
•	To prepare/revised Standard Operating Procedure for facility and equipment etc.
•	To track the spare parts, consumable items required for departments and ensure the timely raising the indent for same. 
•	To prepare the change controls, deviations and other QMS documents as per the requirement and timely closing of QMS documents.
•	To ensure proper Die punch procurement, inspection, handling, usage and destruction.
•	Prepare Revenue Budget & Capex.
•	Ensure the cGMP Compliance and schedule M compliance in production.
•	Ensure the compliance of inspection /Audit in compression area and revision of procedures/SOPs.
•	To lead the compression department with respect to developing the second line.
•	Any other job described by department/production/unit head."
