1. Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with production, procurement, QA/QC, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Assist in production planning based on demand forecasts and material availability.

Monitor and update the supply plan to meet customer and internal requirements.

2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.

Follow up with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.

Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Ensure accuracy of stock records and regular reconciliation.

4. Logistics & Distribution

Coordinate dispatches and deliveries to customers and other locations.

Track shipments and ensure proper documentation (invoices, delivery challans, etc.).

Ensure cold chain management (if applicable) and regulatory compliance in logistics.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and other regulatory norms.

Maintain records related to supply chain activities, including GRNs, POs, stock reports, and transport documents.

Support in audits and inspections by providing necessary supply chain records.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Generate regular MIS reports on supply chain KPIs (inventory levels, order status, OTIF, etc.).

Identify areas of improvement in supply chain processes and support cost reduction initiatives.
