Personal Assistance & Shadow Support<ul><li>Accompany the me to meetings, events, and daily schedules.</li><li>Ensure all tasks assigned and follow-ups are completed without reminders.</li><li>Maintain full confidentiality on personal, business, and financial matters.</li></ul>2. Communication & Coordination<ul><li>Be able to use all forms of UPI for daily payments. [Paytm Etc]</li><li>Make calls in English to other EAS to set agendas and business appts</li><li>Draft emails, letters, messages, and official communication in professional English.</li><li>Relay instructions clearly and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.</li><li>Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.</li></ul>3. Calendar, Scheduling & Travel Management<ul><li>Manage daily calendar, appointments, and reminders with zero conflicts.</li><li>Plan all travel, bookings, room bookings for visitors, logistics, and itineraries efficiently with company travel agent.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination of meetings (virtual/in-person), agendas, and preparations.</li></ul>4. Personal Work & Household Coordination<ul><li>Handle personal errands, bill payments, vendor coordination, and household scheduling.</li><li>Oversee event planning, family coordination, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.</li><li>Manage shopping, deliveries, appointments, and miscellaneous personal requirements.</li></ul>6.Professionalism & Behaviour<ul><li>Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a high level of discipline.</li><li>Well turned out and well groomed</li></ul>
