The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and networking.</li> <li>Manage the full recruitment cycle for US clients screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.</li> <li>Understand client requirements in the automotive/aerospace domain.</li> <li>Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely delivery.</li> <li>Work closely with hiring managers and ensure recruitment targets are met.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>3 to 6 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in automotive/aerospace domains.</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Willingness to work in US night shift (WFH).</li> </ul> Note: Candidates with strong experience in US Automotive recruitment are preferred. </div></section></body></html>
