As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of talented software engineers, driving innovation and delivering high-quality products that meet our business objectives.<ul><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers</li><li>Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications</li><li>Implement and maintain Agile methodologies to optimize team performance</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and support the professional development of team members</li><li>Participate in architectural decisions and ensure best practices in software development</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies</li><li>Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent</li><li>Manage resource allocation and budgeting for engineering projects</li></ul>
