Location/Division Specific InformationThis job position is for Bengaluru location How will you make an impactYou will be part of a team working on infrastructure management as well as improving systems reliability. Your efficient contribution will help the business and the company to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer What will you do<ul><li>Provide L3 operational support for Windows and VMware infrastructure.</li><li>Handling the service management work queue to address customer requests within the established service level agreements.</li><li>Ensure successful DR implementation, monitoring, testing of SRM deployments.</li><li>Participating in the on-call rotation with other members to ensure support coverage for the global windows infrastructure</li><li>Find opportunities to improve the infrastructure by implementing the standards that have been established by the Global Systems Reliability team</li><li>Ensure the highest possible level of server uptime and availability by proactively identifying and fixing infrastructure related problems</li><li>Participate in infrastructure upgrades, improvements, and maintenance activities</li><li>Bring automation to improve efficiency !</li></ul> How will you get here?
