Our technology stack spans modern full-stack development, cloud-native infrastructure, and emerging areas such as AI/ML—offering you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive real impact.This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to meaningful digital transformation initiatives.<h2> Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions to enhance our platform’s capabilities.</li><li>Customize applications and integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.</li><li>Write, test, and debug complex scripts to support automation and operational efficiency.</li><li>Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems and services.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and technical leads, to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.</li><li>Perform regular system upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health.</li><li>Ensure high availability and performance of critical services across all environments.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption to business operations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to system functionality and user experience.</li><li>Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to continuous delivery and improvement.</li><li>Maintain detailed and up-to-date technical documentation.</li><li>Participate in global on-call rotations, supporting operations in a follow-the-sun model.</li></ul><h2> What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>6-9 years of experience building enterprise-scale web applications across the full Agile project lifecycle.</li><li>Proven track record in developing scalable, high-availability distributed software systems.</li><li>Strong development experience with:<ul><li>Backend: Golang, Python, Shell scripting</li><li>Frontend: JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular or React, HTML5, CSS, JSON</li><li>Node.js for server-side applications</li></ul></li><li>Proficient in working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.</li><li>Familiarity with container orchestration and infrastructure tools: Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Akamai (CDN), and related services.</li><li>Solid understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.</li><li>Experience working in Linux environments with knowledge of OS, networking, and storage fundamentals.</li><li>Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Mimir.</li><li>Experience working within Agile or SAFe frameworks.</li><li>Familiarity with Major Incident Management (MIM) processes and effective incident participation.</li><li>Proficient in API integration techniques and cross-platform data exchange.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.</li></ul></body></html>
