This role partners with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to resolve business process issues and identify opportunities for improvement in SAP S/4HANA. The role will act as a “co-owner” with business stakeholders for project proposals through the IS Governance process.</p> <p>As Colliers EMEA continues its SAP transformation journey, the successful candidate will join a growing team responsible for service delivery and continuous improvement of SAP applications (SAP S/4HANA; Concur; SAC; BTP Services.</p> <p><strong>Purpose of Role</strong>:</p> <p>The EMEA SAP Functional Analyst – Finance O2C will work in the Corporate Technology Finance Systems team to ensure the platform and its environment follow best practice ITIL standards in both day-to-day support and ongoing development.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview and Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <p>SAP S/4HANA – Finance O2C Domain</p> <p>· Support and maintain SAP Finance modules related to O2C, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Master Data.</p> <p>· Act as a liaison between technical teams, business users, and developers to expedite development and improve service delivery.</p> <p>· Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues within the O2C domain.</p> <p>· Provide 3rd line support and liaise with SAP and AMS providers to ensure expert-level resolution.</p> <p>· Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend long-term fixes.</p> <p>· Collaborate on the design, development, and release of software changes aligned with architectural standards and Colliers IT strategy.</p> <p>· Produce business analysis deliverables using Colliers-standard documentation and tools.</p> <p>· Identify and manage technical projects to maintain service levels and improve platform performance.</p> <p>· Support system integration design and implementation across Finance, Sales, and Customer Service functions.</p> <p>· Maintain and update technical documentation in line with configuration changes.</p> <p>· Conduct quality assurance to ensure compliance with functional and technical specifications. Ensure all required testing is completed prior to any changes or enhancements are implemented.</p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</p> <p>· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP Finance with certification in relevant modules (e.g., FI, SD, AR).</p> <p>· Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, ideally across multiple countries.</p> <p>· Knowledge of SAP ASAP or Activate delivery methodology.</p> <p>· ITIL certification (desirable).</p> <p>· Strong understanding of Finance and Commercial business processes, especially within O2C.</p> <p>· Consultative mindset, self-directed, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.</p> <p>· Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.</p> <p>· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p>In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, particularly in the O2C domain.</p> <p>· Experience in SAP implementation and support roles, ideally 5–10 years.</p> <p>· Ability to assist business users with SAP functionality and participate in business process reviews.</p> <p>· Skilled in capturing, documenting, and delivering new business requirements.</p> <p>· Confident in facilitating workshops to ensure configuration changes are understood and adopted.</p> <p>· Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA.</p> <p>· Development of test artefacts and scripts for structured testing (unit, integration, UAT).</p> <p>· Creation of knowledge articles and training materials to support adoption and resolve common issues.</p> <p>· Provide ad hoc training and consulting to Finance and Commercial super users and SMEs.</p> <p>· Stay current with industry trends and SAP certifications relevant to Finance and O2C.</p> <p>· Experience operating in an IT Service Management system, preferably ServiceNow.</p> </div></section></body></html>
