Roles & Responsibilities : . <ul> <li> Development and Implementation: <ul> <li>Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.</li> <li>Implement and integrate software modules.</li> <li>Follow coding standards and best practices.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Technical Leadership: <ul> <li>Guide and mentor junior software engineers.</li> <li>Provide technical expertise and support to the team.</li> <li>Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Collaboration and Communication: <ul> <li>Collaborate effectively with other engineering teams (hardware, testing, etc.).</li> <li>Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.</li> <li>Participate in project planning and status meetings.  </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> Educational qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul> Experience : 6+ years of experience in embedded software development for Automotive, Consumer Electronics or MedTech. Mandatory/requires Skills : Strong understanding of embedded systems architectures and design principles. <ul> <li>Expertise in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.</li> <li>Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).</li> <li>Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C).</li> <li>Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> Preferred Skills : Experience with automotive software development processes (e.g., ASPICE). <ul> <li>Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508).</li> <li>Experience with model-based design and development.</li> <li>Knowledge of specific microcontroller architectures.</li> </ul> </div></section></body></html>
