Industry: EdTech / Education Services Location: vijay nagar ,near by medanta hospital , indore Employment Type: Full-timeJob Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to manage student enquiries, provide academic guidance, and convert leads into admissions. The role is central to student acquisition and requires strong counselling, follow-up, and relationship management skills in a fast-paced EdTech or admission centre setup.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and walk-in enquiries from prospective students. Counsel students and parents on courses, learning models (online/offline/hybrid), eligibility, and career outcomes. Convert leads into enrolments by explaining program value propositions, fees, and enrolment processes. Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM systems. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. Coordinate with academic, operations, and finance teams for seamless admissions. Address student objections and provide solutions aligned with institutional policies. Participate in webinars, demo sessions, education fairs, and promotional events. Ensure a positive counselling experience and uphold brand credibility. Eligibility & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred). 0–3 years of experience in EdTech counselling, admissions, tele-counselling, or inside sales. Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills may apply. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Sales-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities. Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer applications. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics. Strong time management and follow-up discipline. Compensation & Benefits Salary: 12,000 /- - 20,000 /- per month (depends on interview ) Performance-based incentives as per conversion targets Training on products, counselling frameworks, and sales techniques Career growth opportunities within the EdTech domain Working Schedule 6 days working Shift timings: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
