Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service / cold calling.
Must be a female candidate (requirement based on user preference for comfort of MBA aspirants).
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Own laptop + stable internet + quiet workspace.
Ability to handle objections, talk professionally, and engage students effectively.
Must be comfortable working in a deliverable-based contract model.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to MBA aspirants generated from Meta/Google campaigns.
Communicate fluently in English and Hindi with clarity and confidence.
Understand the student’s profile & encourage them to book sessions with counselors.
Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone during calls.
Update call outcomes in CRM/Google Sheets daily.
Achieve deliverable targets (minimum calls, session bookings, lead conversions).
