<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p>This position is responsible for execution of eAxle validation engineering activities comprising of design of validation test programs for platform and customer projects.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Design of validation test programs for platform and customer projects</li> <li>Carry out assessment of validation requirement for the Indian market through simulation, reference vehicle study etc.</li> <li>Implement new test procedures, cost optimisation of existing test plans</li> <li>Partitioning of test plans into single tests and test series and coordination with test field</li> <li>Evaluation of samples, report generation</li> <li>Discussion of validation results with system and design engineers</li> <li>Support effectively in eAxle validation test infrastructure planning and commissioning</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validation requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle</li> <li>Develop and maintain validation documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports</li> <li>Analyse and interpret test data to identify potential issues and recommend solutions</li> <li>Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to eAxle technology</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for validation processes and methodologies</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in automotive system engineering activities with relevant experience in electrification</li> <li>Proven experience in validation engineering, preferably in electric powertrain or eAxle systems</li> <li>Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicle components</li> <li>Proficiency in simulation software and data analysis tools</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with electric vehicle powertrain systems and components</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standards</li> <li>Familiarity with ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) processes</li> <li>Experience with test automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB)</li> </ul> </div></section></body></html>
