Implement new methods and processes in EE domain leading to efficiency improvement</p> <p>3. Derive India market requirements for EE domain and translate them into technical specifications</p> <p>4. Work in close collaboration with global development team and cross-functional teams for EE domain</p> <p>5. Support customers during vehicle homologation for EE domain activities</p> <p>6. Implement System engineering EE testing infrastructure set-up in coordination with cross-functional teams</p> <p>7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for eAxle EE systems, including technical specifications, design documents, and test plans</p> <p>8. Conduct thorough analysis of eAxle EE system performance and provide recommendations for optimization</p> <p>9. Participate in design reviews and provide expert input on EE aspects of eAxle systems</p> <p>10. Troubleshoot complex EE issues in eAxle systems and develop innovative solutions</p> <p>11. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in electric vehicle propulsion systems</p> <p>12. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure component compatibility and integration with eAxle EE systems</p> <p> </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ol> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field</li> <li>8+ years of experience in automotive system engineering with relevant experience in electrification</li> <li>Proven expertise in eAxle systems and electric vehicle propulsion technologies</li> <li>Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems, including control units, sensors, and actuators</li> <li>Experience with automotive software development and integration</li> <li>Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR)</li> <li>Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li> <li>Knowledge of vehicle homologation processes and requirements</li> <li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required</li> </ol></div></section></body></html>
