Production :
•	To discuss & execute production plan on daily basis and ensure to complete the batches as per schedule.
•	To arrange required raw materials, packing materials, BPRs, and other require documents as per plan.
•	Check that all the activities going in the plants should comply as per cGMP compliance.
•	To maintain very high standards of housekeeping in plants.
•	To maintain safe working conditions, safe operating practices and usage of required Personal Protective Equipment’s by all workers and staff.
•	To allocate works properly to officer/ Executive. 
•	To schedule the equipments properly and to ensure maximum equipment occupancy to meet production demand.
•	Check that Manufacturing and Packing of batches is carried out strictly as per the procedure laid down in relevant SOP’s & BPR.
•	Impart necessary training to workmen and staff..
•	To maintain budgeted yield and quality as per standard.
•	To participate in various failure investigations.
•	To maintain intermediate materials stock in the system
•	To do SAP transaction related to production module.
•	To manage spent materials drum movement.
•	To take charge of the entire plant in absence of Factory Manager.
Documentation :
•	To maintain and review all documents / records required for Regulatory Compliance.
•	Review the departmental change control/ Deviation/ CAPA in OASIS LIMS.
•	Raise indents for Consumables, parts, Stationary and Spares required for the plant. 

EHS : 
•	To involve with EHS department for HAZOP study of process & product.
•	Execution for proper utilization of PPEs at Shop Floor. 

Interaction with Other Departments :
•	Coordination and follow up with related departments to resolve issues related to transferring & receiving materials/ solvents, dispatch of FG, Purchasing of consumable goods,  QC related planning, modification/preventive maintenance of equipment’s.
