<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><div> This is a hands on technical director role to lead data operations. </div><div> </div><div> Key Responsibilities:   </div><ul><li>Develop and implement data operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient data processing and management. </li><li>Oversee data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management to ensure timely and accurate data availability. </li><li>Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing measures to detect and resolve data issues while providing details on data quality </li><li>Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. </li><li>Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. </li><li>Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, including data privacy regulations. </li><li>Lead and manage the data operations team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback. </li><li>Manage data-related incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations, including resolution of third-party data issues with servicers, originators and other data providers </li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data operations and recommend improvements to enhance our capabilities. </li></ul><div>  </div><div> Qualifications:   </div><ul><li>Proven experience in data operations and data management for US residential loan data.  8-10 years of experience preferred. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of lending data, with experience in US residential mortgages required.   </li><li>In-depth knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management </li><li>Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms. </li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a business or data related field.
